Immerse yourself in this beautifully designed Egyptian Indian Wedding
Last December, we had the absolute honor of planning Hanna + Omar’s breathtaking Egyptian-Indian wedding at the dreamy Paradise Cove in Orlando, Florida. As a destination couple living in Los Angeles, Hanna reached out to Simply Enchanted Events for full-service planning — and from that very first call, we knew something magical was about to unfold.
We began by virtually touring venues around Central Florida, and it didn’t take long before Paradise Cove Orlando stole their hearts. Surrounded by tall trees, white sand, and sparkling water, the natural beauty of the property made it feel like a romantic escape — and Hanna and Omar were instantly captivated. ✨
Their wedding day was a stunning fusion of cultures, full of color, tradition, and joy. Hanna wore a handmade red lehenga, created with love by her family — an heirloom piece that reflected both personal heritage and exquisite craftsmanship. Omar looked equally dashing in his cream sherwani, etched with intricate detail, perfectly complementing Hanna’s vibrant look.
From the moment guests arrived, the celebration was infused with intentional touches. We collaborated with Debra from Atmosphere’s Floral to bring their bold vision to life — creating a vibrant reception space filled with rich florals, glowing lanterns, and a sea of candlelight. Under twinkling string lights and the wooden beams of Paradise Cove’s pavilion, guests dined, danced, and celebrated well into the night.
Their day wasn’t just beautiful — it was deeply personal. We carefully designed a timeline that honored both Egyptian and Indian traditions, incorporating heartfelt moments with family, cultural rituals, and meaningful details that told the story of two families becoming one.
One of my absolute favorite moments from Hanna + Omar’s wedding was their grand entrance to the reception with the Zaffa Band! It was such a unique and electric way to kick off the celebration with their family and friends — full of energy, tradition, and pure joy.
I’m officially obsessed… and definitely need more of this kind of entrance at our future weddings!
Hanna + Omar’s wedding was more than a dream come true — it was the beginning of something new for us, too. Since their wedding, we’ve expanded our planning offerings to include multicultural weddings, with a special focus on South Asian celebrations. Their trust in us opened a new and exciting chapter, and we’re so grateful.
